We’re always looking for motivated new lab members!

Researchers in the Roy lab work on general questions that test the effect of human-induced environmental changes on adaptation and evolution in organisms. We are not bound within a specific system or animal and I encourage students to explore their own interests in the lab. Current undergraduate students work on one or more of the major projects in the lab and alongside that they have their own experiments that they design, conduct and analyze data with some guidance from me.

We are constantly looking for motivated undergraduate researchers who want to pursue independent projects within the general scope of the common lab interest. We are particularly looking for interested high school students who wants to do research before joining college. If you are interested in joining the lab please contact us below or stop by Dr. Roy’s office on the 3rd floor of the Science Center (SCIC 333).
